The location is fantastic, just minutes from Orchard Road and well-lit even at night. The dining options were limited with low-quality food. The rooms were clean, very functional, and spacious, but unfortunately, there was a constant noise due to outside construction, no proper reception, and our luggage was mistakenly sent to an occupied room. The service, however, was impeccable with very pleasant, friendly, and attentive staff members who made sure our needs were met. The location was top-notch, close to many attractions and facilities, maintained to a high standard. The dining options were rather limited, but the facilities overall were satisfactory.

Staying at the apartment right next door to all my favorite shops was a bit of a mixed experience. The cleaner couldn't access the room, so it wasn't ready for us, which was a downside. On the bright side, the location is superb for shopping enthusiasts.
